PRODUCTS RETURNS

 

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request a replacement if you have made a mistake or if they do not meet your expectations.
IMPORTANT: Before any return you must communicate (via e-mail, fax or phone) with us, and get our consent for the return you wish to make. In any other case, eposhop.gr reserves the right to refuse the receipt of your return.

Return of Non-Defective Products

Our belief is that the online store should not differ in any way from any physical store, so whether the return is due to a change in size, color or for any reason such as for example because you were not satisfied with your product, the possibility of returning within 14 working days from the day of receipt. If the return is not made within 14 working days then eposhop.gr may not accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction. We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, to check the deadline.
In any case, the returned products must be located: 1. In the original condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Account). 2. In the event of a change of size, design, color in a garment, shoe, accessory due to a customer’s misjudgment, the customer may contact 210-2720100 and state the change they want to make. Then eposhop.gr sends the new product and with its delivery the customer hands over the returned item to the courier. The cost of this movement is 5€, which correspond to the shipping costs of the new product, while the old one is returned at the expense of the company eposhop.gr.
3. No returns are accepted for underwear and swimwear (briefs) for hygiene reasons. 4. Returns on orders outside of Greece are not possible.

Return of Defective Products

In case of incorrect product shipment, Eposhop.gr fully undertakes to replace and send the correct product to the buyer, fully covering its shipping costs, provided that the product will be returned in its original factory condition. The replacement request should be made within 3 days of receipt of the incorrect product and after prior communication, by phone XXX-XXXXXX or via e-mail (sales@eposhop.gr), from the buyer’s side to the company. Our company bears both the costs of returning the product to be replaced and of sending the new one, if the defect is due to its fraud or gross negligence. In any other case, the cost of returning the product is borne by our company, while the customer bears the cost of sending the new one. The returned product is replaced with a product of the same characteristics, brand, size in relation to the returned one, without the existence of the defect and provided that it is available in our company’s merchandise. If it is not available, our company informs the customer and gives him two options, either to withdraw and receive back the price he had paid, or to choose a new product to purchase. The new product the customer chooses to purchase must be of equal or greater value to the product returned. If the cost is greater than the amount already paid by the customer, he is charged with paying the difference. The return, of the product to be replaced, should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Retail Package, etc.) and its complete packaging. It is emphasized that all changes are made in accordance with the current prices on the Eposhop.gr website.

Money return

In the event that the customer cancels the order, the refund of the money blocked by his credit or debit card will be done in the same way as the payment of his order.
Return instructions
After receiving the product from the company, the return request is processed immediately and the customer is informed by e-mail about how to process the request. The refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we receive the products, depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way they will be returned. The return cost is €4.90

Right of Withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract without reason within 14 days from the time of obtaining physical possession of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send to the following e-mail address sales@eposhop.gr. The acceptance by us of the declaration of withdrawal and the return of the money to you is subject to the deferral clause of the return to us of the product(s) for the purchase of which the right of withdrawal is exercised. In the case of timely exercise of the right of withdrawal, our company returns to customers the amount of the payment and the product delivery costs incurred. The refund of the above amounts is made within 14 days from the day we are informed by you about the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer acknowledges that he (and not our company) is solely responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

ATTENTION!

The products must be delivered in the same condition as they were received by the customer, with their packaging, as well as the other documents (retail receipt) with which they were accompanied when they were received by the customer. The buyer is responsible for any damage, damage to the products as well as for the reduction of their value as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature of the characteristics and the functioning of the goods.
